Managers and coaches should consult the LL rule book tournament rules (pages T1-T28 at the back of the LL rule book) for more details. They should also check with the tournament director (or his on-site designate) after each tournament game to verify pitch counts for each game and/or eligible pitchers for the next game.
Note also that a pitcher who delivers 41 or more pitches in a game cannot play the position of catcher for the remainder of the day.
